2016 California ~ Full bodied with complex tropical fruit and robust oak flavors that linger on the palate.  Primary barrel fermentation and malolactic secondary fermentation create a buttery mouthfeel. Pairs well with smoked fish, spicy Asian cuisine, or Thanksgiving dinner.
